Every insurance plan is different, so we will verify your benefits prior to your first session. If your plan is out-of-network, you may opt to pay my private rate and submit a Superbill to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Payment + Cancellation Policy
I use a secure billing platform that accepts all major credit cards (including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and HSA/FSA cards.
If you cancel with more than 24 hours notice, you will not be charged. Otherwise, there is a $50 cancellation fee within the 24-hour window.
